We have the desire, knowledge, expertise and equipment to offer both residential and commercial property owners all aspects of tree services, maintenance and solutions to difficult tree problems. We work closely with various community groups to further benefit our urban trees, plus ensure we do so in an environmentally conscientious manner. Our proactive approach to tree management planning will ensure the urban forest continues to thrive in our forest city for years to come.

The International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborists have the industry credentials to help consumers identify qualified, knowledgeable tree care professionals. Earning an ISA certification is a voluntary activity, but it demonstrates that you have the proper knowledge and skills, as well as a high level of dedication to your profession and your community. ISA Certified Arborists understand the importance of continued education and how it helps to make the world be a better place, one tree at a time.

CLC Meet the Team

Curtis McCallum – Owner

In 1988, Curtis began CLC Tree Services as a stump removal service, but has gradually expanded the company to its present state, encompassing all tree services. He completed the Ontario Pesticide Training and Certification at the University of Guelph, Ridgetown Campus. Curtis is a committee member of the Better Business Bureau and a board member of the London Executive Association. He has two sons—Luke and Calvin—from his marriage to Anna Marie.

Calvin McCallum – Owner, ISA Certified #ON 1295A

At 5 years old, Calvin began working alongside his father, which sparked his passion for trees. He attended Sir Sandford Fleming College, where he completed the Arborist Program in 2005. Calvin attained his ISA certification and continually adds to his training by attending workshops, training days, completing online courses, and more to ensure his continued recertification. Calvin’s knowledge, experience and professionalism establish him as a leader in the industry and help propel CLC Tree Services to the next generation of tree services experts.

Anna Marie McCallum

With over 22 years of extensive administrative experience from her previous employer, Anna Marie is a welcome addition to the team. She naturally stepped in to assist with administrative work, but when the opportunity to become part of Christmas Décor arose, she excelled at the task. Her sales and design consultation skills helped win the 2013 Franchise of the Year Award in Canada. Her organizational and people skills make her an integral part of operations.

Christine Siemens

Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Christine joined CLC Tree Services in 2012. Christine brings with her 23 years of office experience and handles the extensive administrative procedures, health and safety protocols and updates, plus the accounting needs of the company. While she is one of the many voices who answer the phone for scheduling questions and concerns, as Office Manager, Christine ensures that CLC offers tree services far above and beyond industry standards to facilitate the company’s growth, efficiency, education and future direction.

Pamela Cook

The newest addition to our team is Pam, as CLC’s resident Plant Health Care Specialist. She brings over 10 years of experience in the horticultural industry and a degree as a Horticultural Technician. With Pam’s extensive education and experience, she strengthens CLC’s commitment to ensure a healthy tree is a happy tree. That makes her happy too—Pam loves trees!

Shaun Wright

Shaun is a recent graduate from the Arboriculture program at Sir Sandford Fleming College. He joined CLC Tree Services in 2011 with two years of landscaping experience and fills a variety of positions, such as grounds man, stumper technician, etc.

Nicholas Taback

Nicholas joined CLC Tree Services in 2013 and has become an integral team player. He recently attended the Tree Climbing, Fall Protection, Work Positioning course with Arboriculture Canada Training and Education.
