CLC Tree Services has been a trusted provider of expert tree care across Southwestern Ontario since 1988. We are committed to exceptional customer service, working promptly and efficiently to leave every site in better condition than when we arrived. Our skilled team, which includes Certified Arborists, licensed Pesticide Applicators, Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ) professionals, and a qualified Horticulturalist, brings extensive knowledge, expertise, and state-of-the-art equipment to meet the needs of industrial, residential, and commercial property owners.
From tree maintenance to complex problem-solving, we offer a full range of services tailored to enhance and preserve urban green spaces. Collaborating with community groups, we implement environmentally responsible practices, and our proactive tree management planning helps to ensure a healthy and thriving urban forest for future generations.
ISA Certified
Our International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborists have the industry credentials to help consumers make educated decisions about their trees. Earning an ISA certification is a voluntary activity, but it demonstrates that you have the proper knowledge and skills, as well as a high level of dedication to your profession and your community. ISA Certified Arborists understand the importance of continued education and how it helps to make the world be a better place, one tree at a time.
Founding Father
In 1988, Curtis began CLC Tree Services as a stump removal service. Since then, he has gradually expanded the company to its present state, encompassing all tree services. He completed the Ontario Pesticide Training and Certification at the University of Guelph, Ridgetown Campus. Curtis is a committee member of the Better Business Bureau and a board member of the London Executive Association. He has two sons—Luke and Calvin—from his marriage to Anna Marie.
Meet The Team
Calvin McCallum – Owner (ISA Certified #ON 1295A)
When Calvin was five years old, he began working alongside his father. It is not surprising that sparked a passion for trees. He attended Sir Sandford Fleming College, where he completed the Arborist Program in 2005. Calvin attained his ISA certification and continually adds to that training. He attends workshops, training days, completes online courses, and more to ensure his continued re-certification. Calvin’s knowledge, experience and professionalism establish him as a leader in the industry and help propel CLC Tree Services to the next generation of tree services expert.
Administrative Support Staff
CLC Tree Services has a team of highly skilled individuals working behind the scenes in our office. They are the first contact most clients have with us, as they answer the many phone calls and emails we receive on a daily basis. There is so much more to the job than that though. From scheduling estimates, jobs, and training, to sending out invoices, and other correspondence necessary, we couldn’t run CLC without them.
Work Crew
The CLC team would not be complete without our dedicated and highly skilled crew. As CLC Tree Services has grown, so too has the need for the able-bodied individuals who make up our team. Whether they perform jobs such as grounds crew or climbers, every member of our team makes CLC Tree Services a better and stronger company able to complete the tree service work at hand.
